Welcome to b00k.me, a service provided by Innate Duty LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of b00k.me (the "Service"), a platform that enables individuals to create personalized booking calendars, offer scheduling blocks, optionally charge for meetings, and receive payouts via Stripe Connect Express.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using b00k.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use b00k.me. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

4. Use of the Service

As a user, you may use the Service either as a calendar owner or as someone booking time with a calendar owner.

• Calendar Owners: You are responsible for setting accurate availability, honoring scheduled bookings, and complying with any applicable local laws or regulations for services you provide.
• Bookers: You are responsible for ensuring your availability, honoring bookings, and using the calendar as intended. We are not liable for missed appointments or disputes between you and the calendar owner.

5. Payments and Payouts

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect Express. To receive payouts, calendar owners must complete Stripe’s onboarding process and comply with its terms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Stripe's services.

Calendar owners are solely responsible for handling refunds or cancellations. b00k.me does not mediate or manage individual transaction disputes between users.

6. Fees

We may charge fees for certain features of the Service. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to your use of the paid features.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to, posting or transmitting any content that is infringing, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to the Terms. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. User Disputes

b00k.me is a neutral platform. Any disputes between calendar owners and bookers must be resolved between those parties. While we may facilitate communication, we are not responsible for resolving conflicts or enforcing agreements made through the Service.

13. Platform Role

b00k.me is a facilitator of scheduling and payments. We are not a party to any agreements formed between calendar owners and bookers, and we do not guarantee the quality, legality, or delivery of any service booked through the platform.
